The Backhaus Bakery is located in Burlingame California and was a complete gut and remodel of an existing two story building. The scope of work included extensive structural work including structural wood and steel framing, new plumbing mechanical and electrical systems, new dumb waiter and ADA lift as well as upgrades to the existing facade and roof of the building. Finishes include prep space, new hotline, mill room, coffee station with prep space, new dish pit, large walk in cooler and freezer, two floors of dinning space and installation of various baking ovens and equipment.
