Breaks wine bar is an expansion of the popular coffee shop and cafe in the inner Richmond of San Francisco owned and operated by Will Eagle. The project consisted of construction and remodel of an existing retail space including extensive structural work to lower an existing mezzanine, new structural footings, structural framing, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems, new kitchen space and new custom wine bar.
